Challenge
Vodafone engineers may send fake or delayed reports to multiple departments, which is a hassle and may be misleading if incomplete. Sometimes they report the number of attended workers who didn't attend and perform a certain task.
Solution
The app is created to manage, track and report engineers and workers who work on-site (tower locations) to make sure that they are attending and using the best safety measures from clothing and wearables to tools,
Vodafone H&S requests from the engineers to take a photo for the site and workers working every hour and write a comment and attend the workers by QR via the app.
Reports are classified and distributed to several departments in real time.
Results
- Digital transformation from manual reports.
- Real-time GPS location mapped on Vodafone Internal GIS system
- Reports are distributed to multiple departments based on their scope of management
