Smart-watch hardware needed a complete software stack: device connectivity, an admin platform, and companion mobile apps — all in real time.
Solution
Designed and built the server connectivity layer, a multi-role admin system, and mobile apps for end users. Added real-time monitoring and remote configuration so devices could be managed at scale without field visits.
